1. Request deletion
Email admin@vastsell.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Use the email associated with your business account and identify the company or workspace concerned. Do not send passwords, tokens, buyer addresses, or identity documents by email unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
2. Verification
We will verify that the requester is authorized to act for the relevant business account. We request only the minimum information necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion.
3. Amazon authorization
Sellers can revoke an active Amazon authorization through Amazon's authorization management. Ads and SP-API connections are separate and must be revoked separately when applicable. Revocation stops further authorized API collection for that connection; it does not itself erase previously stored information. Email us to request deletion of eligible stored data.
4. Deletion process
After verification, we identify the affected workspace, authorized data, derived records and relevant copies. We delete or irreversibly de-identify information no longer needed and explain any legal, security or dispute-related retention. We confirm the applicable timeline and completion through the verified channel. Backups expire through controlled rotation and any restore must reapply the deletion request. Do not assume immediate deletion of all backup copies.
5. Current website requests
This public website does not operate an account-registration or contact-form database. If you only emailed us, you may ask us to delete eligible correspondence.
